Everything ships rested, not roast-blasted. Roasters ship to us, we repack into 60g bags and send within days — timed so coffee lands in its sweet spot, not still gassing off and not flat. Several members say it's the single biggest reason they stay.
Do I need fancy gear? +
No. Every coffee comes with brew tips and a recipe dialed in on the same equipment, so there's one reference point that translates to whatever you brew on — V60, switch, espresso, or a $20 dripper. Follow it exactly or use it to dial in your own.
Who picks the coffees, and what's the range? +
Bryan and Matthias, every month — hunting for roasters, varieties, and processes we're genuinely excited about. Expect the full clean-to-funky spread; we tag every coffee clean, mixed, or funky and describe it honestly, even when honest isn't flattering. Prefer one end? The Librarian lets you lean.
